    (1)玻璃安瓿颈的切割。切割安瓿时砂轮与玻璃摩擦,会在安瓿局部产生玻璃碎屑和脱落沙粒。解决办法:尽量减少砂轮划痕的长度及次数,划痕长度不超过瓶颈的1/4,轻划一次即可,划过后要擦拭消毒,减少玻璃碎屑的残留。禁止使用镊子、钳子等坚硬物直接敲开安瓿。

    (2)注射器型号选择及使用方法不当造成的输液微粒污染。注射器针头的型号越大、使用次数越多产生微粒越多;解决办法:尽量选择型号较小针头,一般选择9~12号,好不要超过16号。抽吸时安瓿不能倒置,针头避免触碰安瓿口部而引起玻璃碎屑脱落,另外要注意胶塞的橡胶微粒的脱落。
