    一、环境监测试验室规划准则
    I. Planning Guidelines for Environmental Monitoring Laboratories
    环境监测试验室会用到大量的有毒有害试剂,会对试验室人员、仪器乃至周围环境形成晦气的影响。并且试验室投入运转后会消耗大量的资源和能源,所以要考虑试验室的运转成本。建设环境监测试验室应遵从“三个保护,两个节约和一个确保”的准则。三个保护,要做到对人员、仪器设备和周围环境的保护。两个节约,就是在建设进程和运用进程中节约能源。一个确保,就是确保检测结果准确可靠。

    II. Planning Concept of Environmental Monitoring Laboratory
    为确保以上准则的实现,一般需考虑安全性、舒适性、节能性和可靠性这三个方面。

    (1)安全性
    (1) Security
    根据标准,化学品试验室要求运用全新风体系,保障试验发生的化学气体不被循环运用。有化学物质污染可能性的试验室需提供4次以上的全新风换气次数,保障试验室气流不断更新,防止有毒气体浓度添加,确保试验人员安全。有化学物质污染可能性的试验室或房间,应始终保持试验室为负压(除洁净室外),以充沛保障周边临界区域的安全。
    According to international standards, chemical laboratories require the use of fresh air system to ensure that the chemical gases generated during the test are not recycled. Laboratories with the possibility of chemical pollution need to provide more than four times of fresh air ventilation to ensure the continuous updating of laboratory air flow, prevent the addition of toxic gas concentration, and ensure the safety of test personnel. Laboratories or rooms with the possibility of chemical contamination should always be kept under negative pressure (except clean rooms) to ensure the safety of the surrounding critical areas.

    一般试验室的空调方式应为风机盘管加新风空调器,经过温度调节的新风直接送至室内,可保持房间温度的适宜。各试验室应规划有风机盘管,在新风量不足以保持温度,或送排风体系不启动时仍可保持房间的舒适性。
    In general, the air conditioning mode of laboratory should be fan coil unit plus fresh air air conditioner. The fresh air which has been adjusted by temperature can be sent directly to the room to keep the room temperature suitable. Each laboratory should have a fan coil unit, which can maintain the comfort of the room when the fresh air volume is insufficient to maintain the temperature, or when the air supply and exhaust system does not start.

    试验室的一些值班室、计算机房等应选用小型单独分体空调主机供给,不与大体系结合,以防止不必要的能耗。根据试验室通风设备以及房间投入运用的状况,整个通风体系能够提供安全、安稳的低送/排风风量,降低不必要的送/排风风量,试验室送排风体系应选用各分区操控形式,各试验室分区可根据实际运用需求,启闭送排风体系,防止整个楼面因少量试验室运用,却需开启整层送排风体系的可能,然后到达节能要求。
    In order to prevent unnecessary energy consumption, some duty rooms and computer rooms in the laboratory should be supplied by small separate air conditioning mainframe, which is not integrated with the large system. According to the condition of the ventilation equipment in the laboratory and the operation of the room, the whole ventilation system can provide the lowest safe and stable air supply/exhaust volume and reduce the unnecessary air supply/exhaust volume. The air supply and exhaust system in the laboratory should be operated in different zones. The air supply and exhaust system in each laboratory zone can be opened and closed according to the actual application requirements, so as to prevent the whole floor from being used in a small number of laboratories. However, it is necessary to open the possibility of the whole floor air supply and exhaust system, and then reach the energy-saving requirements.
    (4)可靠性

    环境监测试验室气流操控办法可选用变风量气流操控(VAV),所以试验室大楼的通排风体系设备应选用与压力无关型风量操控阀,然后确保快速、安稳特性,到达高可靠性的流量操控。在通风体系运转进程中,体系风道压力状况的改动,也会因选用与压力无关型的送排风阀,而确保安全、安稳的气流流量,且设备保护作业少。各试验室均需装置房间操控器,可通过高阶接口与大楼的EMS结合,除能够就地监控外,亦可具有未来远程监控的扩充性。变频规划使送排风变频风机不必长时间处在高负荷状况,作业噪音低且寿命长。
    Variable air flow control (VAV) is the best method for air flow control in environmental monitoring laboratory. Therefore, pressure-independent air flow control valves should be selected for ventilation and exhaust system equipment of laboratory building, and then fast and stable characteristics can be ensured to achieve high reliability of flow control. In the process of operation of ventilation system, the change of pressure condition of air duct will also ensure safe and stable air flow by selecting pressure-independent air supply and exhaust valves, and the protection of equipment is less. All laboratories need room controllers, which can be combined with EMS of the building through high-level interface. Besides on-site monitoring, it can also have the expansion of remote monitoring in the future. Frequency conversion planning makes it unnecessary for supply and exhaust fan to be in high load condition for a long time, with low noise and long service life.
