Environmental hygiene in intensive care unit is very important, which is related to the safety of patients during the whole recovery period after operation. In order to avoid unnecessary secondary infection trouble to patients, the air cleanliness detection index is very valuable when the intensive care unit is decorated. So how does the air quality in ICU be measured? Let's take a look at the renovation of the intensive care unit and tell us about the method of air quality testing.
We usually use clean technology to purify the air in the room. Flat panel exposure method and air sampler method can be selected to monitor according to the requirements of Medical "Building Technical Specification for Clean Operating Department" (GB 50333-2013).
1. Air sampler: Six-stage impact air sampler or other air sampler can be selected. When monitoring, the sampler should be placed at 0.8m-1.5m height in the center of the room. The sampling time should not exceed 30min each time when the sampler is operated according to the instructions for the use of the sampler. If the room area is larger than 10 m2, a sampling point will be added for each additional 10 m2.
2. Plate exposure method: Sampling is usually done after 30 minutes of purification, and it is arranged at the height of 0.8-1.5m on the ground, one meter away from the wall. The distribution sequence is from inside to outside, and the collection time is from outside to inside. The lid is buckled upside down on the edge of the dish (the lid can't be exposed to the sky) for 30 minutes. The cover should be inspected as soon as possible. The whole operation should meet the requirements of aseptic operation.
