1. Primary return air system

Attention should be paid to the pressure control at the mixing point of fresh air and return air after the unit. The residual and dynamic pressures of the two units are not necessarily the same, which will inevitably affect the fresh air ratio (or return air ratio). When the impact is large, it is difficult to ensure the fresh air volume required by the operating room design, and it is also difficult to maintain the indoor pressure. Serious cases will lead to the phenomenon that the supply air is backfilled back into the fresh air unit (especially when the fresh air is stopped), resulting in zero fresh air operating conditions in the operating room and making the pressure ladder. 3. Fresh air is directly fed into the static pressure box of supply air
This kind of air supply method has not been widely used in air conditioning of operating room. Fresh air is fed into the static pressure box, i.e. the laminar flow hood in the operating room. This kind of laminar flow hood has its own fan with smaller pressure head, but because the fan is placed on the top floor of the operating room (i.e. in the ceiling floor of the operating room), attention should be paid to noise control; the laminar flow hood has its own flow equalizer, which needs to increase the mixing section of fresh air and return air, and the laminar flow air supply device is higher, which is limited by the height of the indoor floor; the indoor heat and humidity load is all limited by the height of the Fresh air burden; air conditioning mode has simple structure and low cost.
Because fresh air bears all indoor heat and humidity load, the dew point temperature of fresh air treatment in summer is lower, which can meet the indoor heat and humidity load requirements.
