    1、 检测仪器的选用

    尽管对净化车间内的洁净度的测量,可以采用净化工程光散射粒子计数器、凝结核粒子计数器、电子显微镜和光学显微镜,但目前用得多的为光散射粒子计数器。由于此种粒子计数器在使用中可以对室内空气的含尘量进行自动、连续、及时地对应测量,并且可以直接显示瞬时的含尘浓度,也可以对不同粒径的含尘浓度进行测量,使用简单、方便、及时、灵活。计数器大体上可分这两种类型:一种是照射系统光轴与检测系统光轴交叉布置的侧向散射型;另一种是两光轴布置在同一直线上的前向散射型。

    2、 净化车间洁净度检测时,使用光散射粒子计数器的取样量

    关于尘埃粒子计数器检测时的空气取样量,在国标GBJ73-84中规定:对于100级的净化车间,每次取样量应大于或等于1L,对于1000~10000级的净化车间,每次取样量应大于或等于0.3L,对于10000级的净化车间,每次取样量应大于或等于0.1L。

    对于100级净化车间,宜采用大流量粒子计数器进行测试。如果不具备,也应采用每次采样量不小于1L的粒子计数器。

    在对净化车间进行洁净度检测时,尽管规定了空气的小采样量,但在实际工作中,我们应在保证小采样量前提条件下,根据已有的检测设备,尽量采用大流量的尘埃粒子计数器。

    3、 检测点的布置

    根据中华人民共和国国家标准GBJ73-84《洁净厂房设计规范》的规定:在对净化车间进行洁净度检测时,检测点应为距室内地坪1.00m的水平面内;对于单向流型净化车间测点总数应不小于20点,测点间距为0.5-2.0m。水平单向流测点仅布置在净化车间工作区内;非单向流净化车间按净化车间面积小于或等于50m2布置5个测点。

    4、 关于等动力采样的问题

    所谓等动力采样就是在检测时,粒子的计数器的采样管的入口方向与被采样的单向气流方向相一致,而且空气进入取样管入口的平均速度与该位置单向气流的平均速度相同。
